Based on the information gathered in phases 1 and 2, we will co-create goals to take you from where you are to where you want to be
Lifestyle Medicine Design
Here we will focus on the pillars of lifestyle medicine (nutrition, movement, sleep, mindfulness/ stress reduction techniques, relationship health) to customize a plan tailored to your specific needs and goals
Accountability and Ongoing Support
The magic of the coach/client relationship lies in this phase. As your coach I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space in which I advocate for your dreams and vision through accountability and ongoing support
