My name is Christianne Jensen

I am a registered nurse, holistic health and mindfulness coach, and the founder of Love This Life Wellness.

For almost a decade, I worked in the hospital setting as a bedside nurse. In those years, I witnessed life’s fragility, felt the heavy cost of neglected health and realized how ill-equipped our healthcare system often is to support whole-person healing. Those years also left me burned out and misaligned with how I had always dreamed of supporting people. That’s when I decided to create something new, a way to guide others toward healing that honors both the body and the soul.

In 2022, I went back to school and earned my Master’s in Integrative, Functional & Lifestyle Medicine. I became a board-certified holistic health coach and meditation teacher, bringing together science, mindfulness, and lived experience. My mantra, “love this life,” isn’t just a phrase, it’s at the very heart of the work I do.

Coaching with me isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level change. It’s about creating a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll work to release stress and burnout, set boundaries with confidence, and build habits that last. My role is to listen deeply, hold space with compassion and also challenge you when you need it-because I believe you are capable of far more than you realize.
