Working in traditional healthcare for almost a decade left me burnt out and completely misaligned with the way I have always wanted to help and support people. As the founder of Love This Life Wellness, I bring a unique blend of medical expertise and holistic insight to my health and wellness coaching. My career as a bedside nurse began in 2013 in the intensive care unit. It was there that I gained a profound understanding of life’s fragility and a deep understanding that our health is truly our greatest asset in life. Armed with this perspective, I developed a mantra–to simply “love this life”.
In 2022, I earned my Master’s degree in Integrative, Functional and Lifestyle Medicine from John Patrick University. As a registered nurse, board certified holistic health coach, and certified meditation teacher my knowledge and practice extends far beyond traditional “sick-care”.
Holistic health and mindfulness coaching allows me to walk beside you on your wellness journey while also helping you create true healing from the inside out. My core mission is to empower you to recognize your inherent wholeness and innate ability to heal. Together we will diminish stress, anxiety and burnout to foster holistic wellness and create the foundation for you to achieve your happiest, healthiest and most fulfilling life.
Hundreds of hours coaching incredible human beings has allowed me to create The Love This Life Wellness Method. While my method is highly individualized and fluid, it provides an incredibly effective framework which empowers my clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Together we will identify what has been holding you back in life and how your circumstances, narratives and beliefs have been contributing to your current state of mind

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the American Holistic Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Prior to working with Christianne, I truly felt stuck. I had been unsatisfied with certain aspects of my life and health, but I couldn’t figure out how to motivate myself to start to change things.
Christianne has changed my life. She believed in me from the start and helped me to carefully and thoughtfully chip away at my goals in a way that felt manageable and not overwhelming. She helped me explore what I really want out of life, and to define my values, so that I can live a life more in alignment with them. She helped me to completely change my relationship with food and exercise. I have lost weight and feel lighter, both physically and mentally. She helped me to let go of perfectionism and resentment that have been holding me back in life. She inspired me with great quotes, book recommendations and mindfulness exercises.

Before working with Christianne, I moved from one “weight loss,” “self-help” or “mindfulness” activity to the next. Always trying to go from 0 to 60 on day 1 and by day 10 being exhausted, down on myself OR binge eating. Christiannes’ openness, knowledge, grace, and love have guided me towards self-love. Daily affirmations and reminders that “action over perfection” have truly empowered me to find what fills my cup and sparks joy in my daily routine. I have now been able to be consistent for the first time and give myself grace on days where I may not meet that fitness or meditation goal, but I did something else by listening to my body.
What I loved most about working with Christi, is her ability to take her western nursing medical background, coupled with her health coaching experience to look at the whole picture and tailor this experience to exactly what you need. Christianne has not only guided me towards medical avenues to attempt to cure chronic sickness, but she also empowered me to take care of myself (mentally as well) and see my own resilience and self-worth. I gained a newfound look on medicine and that there is more to each of our puzzles than our PCP has time for. I have learned the benefits of meditation and daily affirmations, as well as, how to live my life between the waves for me.
Christianne would be my recommendation to anyone that struggles with listening to that negative self-talk and needs guidance on how to start with true self-care, healing from within and connecting the dots of what’s going on in your life. She will always give you ALL her attention and guide you to exactly where you need and want to be. Her willingness to listen and natural gift of knowing what to say is astonishing to her clients. "My time working with Christianne was not only beneficial to my overall well-being but I learned so much from her. Previous to our time together I struggled with daily nausea and high levels of stress and not many healthy and productive ways to manage that stress. Christianne opened me up to being more mindful and showed me how I could easily incorporate a practice of meditation and mindfulness into my daily routine. It is something I now look forward to. When I started working with Christianne, I was at an emotional low point after 1.5 years of dealing with chronic health issues. I had seen so many doctors and had tried essentially every treatment, diet, and supplement possible with little to no improvement, and in some cases, worsening of symptoms. I was starting to feel very depressed and was losing my optimism about gaining my health back. This mental/emotional piece was starting to feel very heavy and was really starting to scare me. I believe that it was starting to have a physical toll on my body as well. The first time I talked to Christianne, it felt like a literal weight was lifted from my shoulders. Most doctors I've talked to don't understand (or care to understand) the health experience I have had over the past 1.5 years, but Christianne was so knowledgeable about my myriad symptoms. Not only did she offer insight and reasoning that no one else had from a medical standpoint, she showed genuine care for what I had been through and was incredibly validating. Talking with Christianne became a highlight in my week and something I really looked forward to, which, if you've met her, you will understand. She is a wealth of knowledge and wisdom and is one of the most thoughtful, compassionate, and warm people I have ever met - and she loves what she does. I've had such a shift in my mindset since working with her and that is a blessing not only to me, but to my family. As a mom of three young boys, it is difficult to find time to even think for myself, much less take time to do anything for myself. I wasn't looking for a complicated plan that I wouldn't have time to follow. Through such small shifts in my mindset and habits, I was able to make monumental changes in the way I feel and I am so grateful to Christianne for helping me get here.
When I first started working with Christianne, I was dubious. I was unsure of what benefit mindfulness would bring to my life and what coaching could provide me that more traditional therapy had not. I had faced numerous trials in my life and generally considered myself an anxious person. While I wasn’t shy about facing or sharing my struggles, I didn’t feel fully equipped to move past them. At the end of my rope and feeling burnt out in many areas of my life, a chance connection led to me working with Christianne. Initially, I had signed on to work with her for 3 months. At the end of those three months, I was sold. I had let go of the desire to overcommit, become stingy with how I spent my time, and I could feel the stronghold of anxiety losing its grip.
As I continued working with Christianne, my life continued to change. I put boundaries in places where they should have always been, learned how to be gentle towards myself, and navigated new life challenges in a much healthier way. Thanks to Christianne, my
days are lighter and I treat myself with much more compassion. I am less anxious and more grateful. I have a better relationship with my husband, my kids, and my friends and family. Christianne is compassionate but truthful- she listened to me with so much care and she also challenged me, refusing to let me throw myself a pity party when the going got tough. She has cheered me on through all of my progress over the last ten months. You can tell that she is as genuine as they come and that she is so incredibly passionate about her work. I was a tired, overcommitted mom of 3 and business owner struggling to regain my sense of self that years of people pleasing, anxiety, and postpartum depression had clouded. And thanks to Christianne, I have been rejuvenated beyond what I could have ever expected. Mindfulness helped me to get back to who I am and because of that, the way forward feels much more clear. I cannot recommend working with Christianne enough (seriously I don’t think I could ever have enough words!)- your life will be forever altered in the best way possible
